Replaced use of '=' literal for equals token with constant.

* Rationalised use of TStringStream with relation to the required encoding when Unicode enabled.
* Replaced calls to TStringStreamEx with calls to TStringStream with TEncoding.Unicode passed to constructor.
* Removed TStringStreamEx from UUnicodeHelper and re-organised code somewhat.

* Made pass environment blocks to spawned processes as Unicode.
* Ensured command line strings passed to CreateProcessW API function have reference count 1 (re glitch in CreateProcessW (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682425.aspx and https://forums.codegear.com/thread.jspa?threadID=12826).

Merged trunk changes r589-600 into the delphi2010-port branch.

Changed install script so that installer requires at least Windows 2000 to install CodeSnip.

* Standardised headings for each release / version.
* Removed duplicate information from headings.

* Refactored TContributors as abstract base class for TCodeContributors and TTesters.
* Changed TCodeContributors and TTesters to implement abstract method of parent class instead of overriding constructor.
* Completed and clarified code comments.

Corrected and completed comments.

Fixed alignment problem with body panel in base form and a sub-class form.

Updated copyrights from 2009 to 2010.
