* Made pass environment blocks to spawned processes as Unicode.
* Ensured command line strings passed to CreateProcessW API function have reference count 1 (re glitch in CreateProcessW (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms682425.aspx and https://forums.codegear.com/thread.jspa?threadID=12826).

Merged trunk changes r589-600 into the delphi2010-port branch.

Changed install script so that installer requires at least Windows 2000 to install CodeSnip.

* Changed TWBHighlighter.SearchSectionIDs property type from TStrings to IStringList and made necessary changes to code.
* Changed an assertion message.
