Removed redundant vEditSnippet hint text.

Changed onmouseover events of edit snippet links to call showEditSnippetHint() function to get hint text that includes snippet name instead of showHint().

* Fixed bug that was including space after snippet name in test compile hint by trimming name extracted from HTML.
* New trim() function added to enable above trimming.
* Extracted code that gets snippet name from HTML into new getSnippetName() function.
* Added new showEditSnippetHint() function that builds hint text for edit snippet links that includes current snippet name.

Revised "Test Compile Routine" and "Print Routine" TOC entries to "Test Compile Snippet" and "Print Snippet" respectively.

* Revised title and content to refer to "snippets" rather than "routines".
* Updated heading comment to include Rev and Date svn keyword place-holders and updated copyright date range.

* Revised compiler support information to include Delphi 2010.
