CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Updated concerning changes in early and later releases of Indy 10 that affect building the CodeSnip source code. Noted use of INDY_WORKEVENT_INT64 and INDY_WORKEVENT_INT32 defined symbols or environment variables.

* Corrected some errors in the diagram of the source tree in the "Configure the Source Tree" sections.
* Clarified some other text.

* Changed to note that the Indy 10 internet components are now required instead of Indy 9.
* Corrected some erroneous HTML code.
* Removed notes about applicability of this file.
* Some other minor tweaks.

Noted that CodeSnip does not compile on Delphi 2010.

Changed reference to CodeSnip 3.0.6 to CodeSnip 3.1.0.

New document describing how to build CodeSnip using makefile. Includes description of required environment variables and build tools.
