Updated svn:mergeinfo property with details of merge from /branches/delphi2010-port:501-502,505.

New project files for Delphis that use MS Build.

* Removed .dsproj files from ignore list.
* Added .tvsconfig files to ignore list.

Modified to enable library, deprecated and symbol warnings.

Corrected error in Common.mak setting DELPHIDABLIB environment variable.

* Modified Build.html to note that Delphi 2009 or 2010 can now be used to build CodeSnip.
* Some minor updates and corrections.
* Styling of make commands changed slightly.

Modified HTML help management code to work correctly with Unicode HTMLHelp API.

Removed references to document properties dialog box from the print dialog help file topic.

Removed support for printer properties. Very buggy and caused an AV when compiled under Delphi 2010.
* UPrinterDocPropsDlg.pas unit removed from project.
* Properties button and supporting code removed from print dialog box.

* Removed unused constants.
* Replaced all character set constants and their use with new inline functions to test for required characters, made Unicode safe where required.
* Added shorthand alias constants for TTextStreamReader.EOL and TTextStreamReader.EOF.
