CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Replaced old bug report dialog, FmBugReportDlg, with a small class heirachy of new dialogs, FmBugReportBaseDlg, FmTrappedBugReportDlg and FmUserBugReportDlg. The new dialogs refer the user the the online bug tracker. FmTrappedBugReportDlg is used to intercept unexpected exceptions while FmUserBugReportDlg is used for user initiated bug reports. FmBugReportBaseDlg is the base class for the new dialogs.
* FmBugReportDlg was deleted from and FmBugReportBaseDlg, FmTrappedBugReportDlg and FmUserBugReportDlg were added to CodeSnip.dpr.

Added new unit that implements a record that encapsulates information about the program user and a static class that persists the information in settings storage.

Added new UReservedCategories unit that implements a static class that provides information about reserved user defined categories.

Added new USnipKindListAdapter unit that implements a class designed for use with GUI controls that adapts a list of snippet kinds by providing an alternative interface to the list, sorted by the snippet kind's display text.

Added new UCategoryListAdapter unit that implements a class designed for use with GUI controls that adapts a list of snippet categories by providing an alternative interface to the list, sorted by description.

Added new UGroups unit that defines classes that group snippets together in different ways.

Added new FrSelectSnippetsBase unit.
