Moved and renamed ActiveText.UMain.pas to CS.ActiveText.pas and made necessary changes to code that uses the unit.

Changed IActiveTextParser.Parse method from procedure to function that returns active text.
Updated implementations and usage as necessary.

Added new unit to project that contains a copy of TREMLReader, renamed as TActiveTextREMLParser.
TREMLReader removed from UREMLDataIO unit.
Using unit updated re change of name and location of the class.
