Revised displayed of tags in snippet view in detail pane: instead of a "Tags" title a glyph is now displayed.
Added new tags.png image to resources for use as the new tags glyph. Modified detail.css to style tags.png.

Added new star to snippet views in details pane to indicate whether the snippet is starred or not: we use a gold start for Starred and a grey star for not starred. The required new images were added to the project and the detail pane's CSS was changed to enable the star to be positioned.

Modified TSnippetHTML.Language to make language name into a link that displays the language and a summary of its snippets. This link is given the "language-link" class.
Modified TAnchors, TLinkAction to recognise the "language-link" class and to cause a meaningful shortcut menu option to be displayed when the link is right clicked.
Modified TBrowserBaseFrame to style the language link in same way as snippet links.

Renamed TSnippetHTML.SnippetName as SnippetTitle.
Similarly renamed SnippetName placeholder in info-snippet-tplt.html to SnippetTitle, also renamed title's div id.
Modified TSnippetInfoPageHTML re both the above renamings.

Added a new page component that can display a snippet's programming language in the detail pane.
The new page component is recorded in the [Prefs:SnippetPageStructure] section of the per-user config file with ID of "Language".

Renamed ISnippet and IEditableSnippet's Kind property to KindID.
Renamed all related getter and setter methods and fields as *KindID, where * is "f", "Get" or "Set".
Modified code that referenced the Kind property or getters & setters accordingly.

Replaced calls to TSnippetKindInfoList to get list of available snippet kinds with calls to Database.GetAllSnippetKinds and methods of the returned ISnippetKindList object.

Converted all classes etc. in UDetailPageHTML.pas and USnippetPageHTML.pas that use snippets, along with TSnippetHTML in USnippetHTML.pas, to use ISnippet to represent snippets instead of TSnippet.

Added new IStringList.IsEmpty method and its implementation in TIStringList.
Modified all code that tested IStringList.Count against zero to use IStringList.IsEmpty intead.

Changed "delete tag" symbol and changed some CSS class names in TSnippetHTML.Tags.
