CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Renamed TUserDatabaseUpdater as TDatabaseUpdater.
Renamed several methods of TInstallInfo that referred to "user database" to refer instead to "database".
Updated affected code as necessary.

Renamed TFirstRun's HaveOldUserDB and BringForwardUserDB as HaveOldDB and BringForwardDB respectively.
Modified affected code accordingly.

Modified comments and string literals referring to the "user" database or "user-defined snippets" to remove or qualify the word "user".

Added 2nd "False" parameter to all occurrences of TFile.Exists: this prevents symbolic links being followed.

Merged portable version of application into standard version. Portable version is now run via the -portable command line switch instead of a separately compiled program.

Some consequences:
* Same program may report a different serial number depending on how it is being run.
* Need to change codesnip program update web service to take a new "combined" edition and find some other means of passing info about whether CodeSnip is being used in standard or portable mode.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
