Renamed lblSnippetName and lblSnippetNameDesc as lblSnippetTitle and lblSnippetTitleDesc.

Corrected comments, TODOs and assertion messages that apply to TSWAGImporter.MakeValidSnippetIDString renamed at revision 4406.

Renamed TSWAGImporter.MakeValidSnippetName and MakeValidSnippetIDString and revised the assertion to check for a valid snippet ID string.
Modified calling code re this renaming.

Renamed lblSnippetName as lblSnippetTitle and changed references in comments to snippet names to refer to title.

Renamed SnippetName placeholder in dlg-comperror-tplt.html to SnippetTitle and updated code in TCompErrorDlg that replaces the placeholder with content accordingly.
