Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

* Made implementation of ISnippetIDList and IAssignable methods public in TSnippetIDList.
* Revised XMLDoc commenting.

Added new Contains method to ISnippetIDList and its implementation in TSnippetIDList.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

Replaced custom enumerator interface and class with use of TEnumerator<TSnippetID>.

* Revised TSnippetIDList to use Delphi's TList<> object instead of project's TObjectListEx to implement snippet id list.
* Removed TSnippetIDList.TSnippetIDWrapper class. This had been used to wrap TSnippetID record in an object for inclusion in a TObjectListEx. The class is no longer needed because TList<> can directly handle TSnippetID records.
* Replaced call to FreeAndNil with direct call to object's Free method.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Modified to use TObjectListEx from ULists unit instead of the VCL's TObjectList.
