Fixed bug introduced at revision 4391.

Modified TSnippetsEditorDlg.UpdateReferences to get the set of snippet kinds on which the current snippet can depend from the TSnippetKind.ValidDependIDs instead of TSnippetValidator.ValidDependsKinds.

Modified TSnippetKind to have a ValidDependIDs property. Also modified TSnippetKind constructor to take a value for the new property.
Modified TSnippetKindList to set values of each snippet kind's ValidDependIDs property to the kinds of snippet that each snippet kind can reference (i.e. depend upon).

Added IDs property and GetIDs read accessor to ISnippetKindList and its implementation in TSnippetKindList.

Various internal renamings.

Renamed TUserDBBackup class as TDatabaseBackup.
Modified affected code accordingly.

Renamed public TUserDBMgr class as TDBModificationMgr and did several other internal renamings.
Modified calling code re the change in the public class name.

Renamed TUserDataPathDlg as TDBMoveDlg and TUserDataPathDlgProgressFrame and TDBMoveDlgProgressFrame and recorded change in form and frame names in project file.
Updated calling code in TUserDBMgr accordingly.

Renamed TUserDBMove and TDBMove and update using code.

Renamed ISnippetKindView's KindInfo property and GetKindInfo method as Kind and GetKind. Made other related renamings.
Modified using code accordingly.
