CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Renamed TSnippetKindInfo record as TSnippetKind and renamed the record's Kind property as ID and renamed related fields and parameters accordingly.
Modified affected code re these changes.

Renamed TSnippetKind enumeration as TSnippetKindID.
Modified all affected code accordingly.

Replaced calls to TSnippetKindInfoList to get list of available snippet kinds with calls to Database.GetAllSnippetKinds and methods of the returned ISnippetKindList object.

Deleted some commented out code.

Renamed TDBSnippetKind and its elements in CS.Database.Types to be an exact copy of TSnippetKind from DB.USnippetKind then deleted the latter.
Moved TSnippetKinds from DB.USnippetKind to CS.Database.Types.
Adjusted uses clauses of all code that uses TSnippetKind and TSnippetKinds as necessary.

Deleted unused fields.

Changed to use TUnsortedCollectionCtrlKVMgr to manage cbSnippetKinds combo box.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
