CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

* Created new EAssignable exception and modified ECodeSnip and EBug to descend from it.
* Moved overloaded constructor and Assign method down from ECodeSnip into EAssignable.
* Added new TExceptionHelper static class that provides a single method used to (partially) clone exceptions.

* Added new EValidation exception class that optionally records a selection specifying location of an error where this makes sense.
* Modified EDataEntry exception to descends from EValidation: new constructors added to take selections.

Corrected copyright date range to be in line with date of last revision.

Moved code that handles application level exceptions from UExceptions into FmMain since the code is mainly concerned with UI matters.

* Changed UDialogMgr.pas and UExceptions.pas to work with new bug report dialog boxes instead of old FmBugReportDlg unit.
* UDialogMgr.pas now displays TUserBugReportDlg dialog box
* UExceptions.pas now displays TTrappedBugReportDlg dialog box.

Changed TExceptionHandler.Handler to treat EFileStreamError exceptions as "expected" rather than "bug" exceptions. This fixes a bug in the database backup code (and other code the creates a file via a file stream) that was reporting a bug when a file was locked for writing.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
