Renamed several types in CS.SourceCode.Pascal.SourceGen.pas that are concerned with Pascal source code generation to include "Pascal" in the type main.
Updated affected code.

Moved and renamed USourceGen.pas to CS.SourceCode.Pascal.SourceGen.pas and updated affected code.

Changed to reference IsHilitingSupported method of TDocumentHiliterHelper instead of TFileHiliter.
Removed some unused unit references.

Renamed TSourceFileType enumeration as TSourceOutputFileType.
Made some associated code changes.

Modified to use classes from CS.UI.Helper.CollectionCtrlKVMgr unit to manage content of and interaction with frame's combo boxes.

Removed some redundant Hiliter namespace unit references.

Added new PascalBrushID method to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes.
Replaced 'ObjectPascal' literal string in various units with calls to TSyntaxHiliterBrushes.PascalBrushID.

Revised to use new syntax highlighting system to highlight sample source code in preview pane on Code Formatting tab of Preferences dialogue box.

Removed references to renamed Hiliter.UHiliters unit.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
