Modified various erroneous comments that referred to categories.

Renamed several types in CS.SourceCode.Pascal.SourceGen.pas that are concerned with Pascal source code generation to include "Pascal" in the type main.
Updated affected code.

Moved and renamed USourceGen.pas to CS.SourceCode.Pascal.SourceGen.pas and updated affected code.

Renamed TSourceFileType enumeration as TSourceOutputFileType.
Made some associated code changes.

Removed unused unit references.

Removed unwanted HiliteAttrs and NamedHiliteAttrs properties from IPreferences and all supporting code along with mutually dependant methods from THiliteAttrsFactory.

Removed DefaultThemeID constant from TSyntaxHiliteThemes and made changes to code that used it to get value via TSyntaxHiliteThemeID.

Made necessary changes relating to change of type of syntax highlight theme IDs from string to opaque record type.

New current syntax highlighter array type.
