Removed check of snippet "name" from TSnippetValidator.Validate.
Some refactoring of TSnippetValidator.

Changed TSnippetValidator to use ISnippet instances for internal access snippet properties instead of TSnippet.

Modified TSnippetValidator.ValidateDependsList and TSnippetValidator.Validate (and required private methods) to take an ISnippet parameter instead of a TSnippet.
Modified calling code in TSnippetsEditorDlg accordingly.

Changed code that accessed _Database.Contains to use Database.SnippetExists instead.
Deleted Contains method from IDatabase and _TDatabase.

Removed overload of TSnippetValidator.ValidateDependsList that took a snippet name parameter.
Modified TSnippetsEditorDlg method that called the removed TSnippetValidator method to use the remaining version of the ValidateDependsList method.

Renamed IDatabase and Database function, along with internal TDatabase class and PvtDatabase varibale by placing underscore in front of their names. This is to flag the items as "legacy" and to avoid name clashes with new database code being developed.
Modified all code that calls Database to use _Database instead.

Removed unused unit reference to USnippetIDs.

Renamed TDBSnippetKind and its elements in CS.Database.Types to be an exact copy of TSnippetKind from DB.USnippetKind then deleted the latter.
Moved TSnippetKinds from DB.USnippetKind to CS.Database.Types.
Adjusted uses clauses of all code that uses TSnippetKind and TSnippetKinds as necessary.

Changed some error messages to display snippet's title instead of ID string.
Corrected an XMLDoc comment.

Renamed TSnippetValidator's ValidateDisplayName method as ValidateTitle and updated affected code.
