CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added new IStringList.IsEmpty method and its implementation in TIStringList.
Modified all code that tested IStringList.Count against zero to use IStringList.IsEmpty intead.

Renamed compiler ID strings for Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2009: removed "w32" suffix.

NOTE: this change affects some section and key names in user config file.

Renamed identifiers for Delphi 2005, 2006 and 2009 in TCompilerID by removing "w32" suffix.
Modified affected code accordingly.
Revised and improved documentation of TCompilerID.

Merged revision(s) 3356-3459, 3314-3356 from trunk:

Conflicts in VCodeSnip.vi were resolved by keeping parsnip copy unchanged. Conflict in VCodeSnipPortable.vi was due to the file being deleted from parsnip: changes were ignored.

This updates parsnip branch with changes made in trunk after updating re release 4.8.0.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
