CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Converted all classes etc. in UDetailPageHTML.pas and USnippetPageHTML.pas that use snippets, along with TSnippetHTML in USnippetHTML.pas, to use ISnippet to represent snippets instead of TSnippet.

Modified comments and string literals referring to the "user" database or "user-defined snippets" to remove or qualify the word "user".

Added a "tags" section to snippet page structure as displayed in detail pane, along with code to render required HTML.
Removed "categories" section of snippet page structure along with associated HTML generation code.

Performed various rename refactorings on source code to replace the use of the word "extra" with "notes" wherever "extra" appears in the context of the old snippet Extra property.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
