Revised "outro" page of SWAG Import Wizard, and associated HTML template file, to show name of tag allocated to imported snippets instead of category. Revised TSWAGImporter to provide new SWAGTagName that provides the required tag name and removed redundant SWAGCategoryDesc method.

Revised welcome page:
* Only single database panel instead of one each for user and main database.
* Removed info about database auto-update checks.
* CSS styles altered re change of database info available.

Revised snippet info detail page so that Edit snippet link no longer appears at top right of page. This is replaced by test info image.

Removed "About The Database" tab of About box
Removed related HTML template file from resources.

Revised about box program credits to bring into line with recently updated License.html

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
