Moved and renamed Src/DB.UDatabase.IO.pas as Src/Main/CS.Database.IO.Factory.pas.
Updated reference in DB.UMain.pas.

Deleted redundant DB.UCategory unit: category objects and lists are no longer used.

Removed all units from DBIO namespace. These units were concerned with database file I/O that has now been superseded. The units are no longer used.

Removed unused UReservedCategories unit from project.

Renamed CS.Database.IO.Null.pas as CS.Database.IO.Empty.pas and renamed TDBNullReader as TEmptyDBReader.
TEmptyDBReader.Load now passes out the current date instead of a null date.

New unit containing a null database loader class for use when there is no database present.

Added new unit to project containing IDatabaseLoader interface to be supported by all database loader classes.

Removed redundant UCategoryListAdapter unit from project.

Copied CS.Database.IO.Legacy.UserDB.pas from "experimental" branch to "parsnip\Main", renamed to CS.Database.IO.Legacy.pas, and added to project.

Copied CS.Database.IO.Native.pas from "experimental" branch to "parsnip" and added to project.
