Replaced TSnippet's Language function with LanguageID property that uses the pre-existing implementation in TDBSnippet. Modified using code accordingly.
Deleted TSnippet.HighlightSource property. Modified using code to deduce if source code highlighting required by examining the LanguageID property.

Renamed TSnippet's DisplayName property as Title and modified affected code accordingly.

Renamed TTestUnit as TPascalTestUnit and updated affected code.

Moved and renamed UTestUnit.pas to CS.SourceCode.Pascal.TestUnit.pas and updated affected code.

XMLDoc commented unit.

A couple of extract method re-factorings.

Revised to use new syntax highlighting system to render source code displayed in dialogue box.

Removed references to renamed Hiliter.UHiliters unit.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
