For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Extended browser external object with four new methods.
Extended Notifier with matching new methods and matching action setters.
Update external object interface to v10.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Modified DisplayCategory and DisplaySnippet methods of external object to take additional NewTab parameter.
Implementation in TWBExternal passes the new parameter on to relevant notifier methods.
External object interface version bumped to v9.

Removed redundant CompileSnippet method from browser's external object IDL and renamed IWBExternal7 to IWBExternal8 as a consequence.
Updated TWBExternal object to support IWBExternal8 instead of IWBExternal7: removed implementation of CompileSnippet method.

NOTE: actually deleted ConfigCompilers method from IWBExternal7 instead of intended CompileSnippet. This was rectified in r2010.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree
