CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Disabled Categories drop down list (flagged in UI as not in use).
Added temporary code to give new snippets arbitrary tags and categories and to preserve tags and categories of existing snippets.

Renamed controls with "DisplayName" in their name to use "Title" instead.

Performed various rename refactorings on source code to replace the use of the word "extra" with "notes" wherever "extra" appears in the context of the old snippet Extra property.

Relabelled "Display Name" edit control on Code tab as "Title".
Added validation of display name: must not be empty.

Removed edit control to receive snippet name from Code tab of Snippet Editor - snippet names now automatically generated.
Rearranged other controls to fit.
Made minimal changes re removal of name control.

Corrected tab order of controls on Code tab in Snippets Editor.

Replaced source code editor memo with syntax highlighting source code editor using TCodeEditorFrame.
Removed label that showed current position in code editor: new editor has a ruling at 80 chars to help with line length and also has line numbering so the old label is not needed.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
