Further change to hints of "Group Snippets" actions.

Corrected typo in "Group Snippets By Tags" action.
Corrected and clarifies hints for all "Group Snippets" actions.

Removed Categories main menu with its add, delete and rename menu items and their associated actions.

Renamed menu items and actions associated with groupings. Also named related action event handlers.

Replaced category grouping in overview frame with a tags grouping.
Renamed cCategorisedGrouping constant as cTagsGrouping and made necessary changes to calling code.
Changed main form's main View menu re change from categorised to tags groupings. Also changed wording of other "grouping" menu options.

Applied changes to main form that were generated by IDE.

Replaced tab set used to select grouping type with a drop-down list & made minimal changes to code to support this.
Modified main form's form file re changes to embedded overview frame.

Updated with changes in trunk/Src after applying changes from release 4.8.4 to it.

Resolved conflicts with .vi files by ignoring merged changes. Other conflicts were resolved manually by mixing "theirs" with "mine" in a way that makes sense in parsnip.

Made actUpdateDbase invisible and replaced the code in its OnExecute handler with a placeholder message.

This has been done because code to display Update From Web dialogue box has been removed.

Added menu item, action and supporting code to display the Configure Diff Viewer Program dialogue box.
