Revised re changes to available groupings in overview pane.

Reworked content of Print Dialogue Box help topic, including noting that the snippets in a tag (rather than a category) can be printed.

Removed references to "categories" and replaced them with references to "tags".

Removed explanation of deleted "Categories" page section and added explanation of the new "Tags" page section in its place.
Other minor edit.

Deleted redundant dlg_addcategory.htm, dlg_deletecategory.htm and dlg_renamecategory.htm help topic files and all references to them.

Removed redundant menu_categories.htm and all references to it.

Merged revision(s) 3710-4006, 3314-3711 from trunk:

Updated with changes in trunk/Src after applying changes from release 4.8.4 to it.

Resolved conflicts with .vi files by ignoring merged changes. Other conflicts were resolved manually by mixing "theirs" with "mine" in a way that makes sense in parsnip.

Changed some help topics to replace references to a snippet's Extra Information with reference to a snippet's Notes instead.

Updated help topic re changes to Select Snippets dialogue box made at r3803.
