Renamed "welcome" help topic as Overview and removed section on welcome page from it.
Updated related files accordingly.

Added note to detail pane help topic re meaning of the three images representing testing applied to a snippet.

Changed various help files from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0

Modified to note that Ctrl clicking snippet and category links opens them in a new tab.

Extended section on tabs to include new context menu, method for cycling through tabs using keyboard and different options for closing tabs.
Also noted that editing or deleting database items clears history.

Modified overview pane help topic and rewrote details pane help topic re recent changes in customisations of display.

Replaced American English word "dialog" with English "dialogue" in all affected help topics.

Fixed broken image links following recent change from .gif to .png for some help images.
