Added methods to notifier object to support displaying a page of Preferences dialogue box specified by its frame's class name. This uses TShowPrefsPageAction action.

Made public all protected methods that implement interfaces.

For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Extended browser external object with four new methods.
Extended Notifier with matching new methods and matching action setters.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Created new custom action - TDetailTabAction - that is used by Notifier to select a new tab in detail pane. This replaces a standard action that had no tie in with user input.

Modified INotifier.DisplayCategory and INotifier.DisplaySnippet methods and there implementations to take a new NewTab parameter that is passed on to TCategoryAction and TSnippetAction respectively.

Removed redundant INotifier.CompileSnippet and ISetActions.SetCompileSnippetAction methods along with their implementation in TNotifier.
Removed call to ISetNotifier.SetCompileSnippetAction in TMainForm.InitForm

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"
