Refactored code that gets all snippets selected for import using extract method on TSWAGImportDlg.InitUpdatePage.

Also deleted redundant method in TSWAGReader.

Added support for importing snippets into user defined database from online SWAG database.
Code includes:
* Wizard dialogue box and HTML resources displayed in dialogue.
* Importing code.
* Access to SWAG data from DelphiDabbler SWAG database web service (details at http://swag.delphidabbler.com/docs/api/).

This implements feature request #71 "Support importing of one or more snippets from the SWAG database" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/feature-requests/71/).
