Merged revision(s) 3710-4006, 3314-3711 from trunk:

Updated with changes in trunk/Src after applying changes from release 4.8.4 to it.

Resolved conflicts with .vi files by ignoring merged changes. Other conflicts were resolved manually by mixing "theirs" with "mine" in a way that makes sense in parsnip.

Added new StrHash and TextHash functions to CS.Utils.Hashes that call PaulLarsonHash for case sensitive and case insensitive string hashes respectively. Removed PaulLarsonHash from interface section.

Modified calling code to use StrHash or TextHash as appropriate to context.

Replaced use of sorted list classes from UContainers with similar classes from Delphi Collections library and from Generics.Collections.

Merged revision(s) 3314-3357 from trunk:

Conflicts in VCodeSnip.vi and VCodeSnipPortable.vi were resolved by keeping parsnip copies unchanged.

This updates the parsnip branch with changes made in the trunk after updating re release 4.7.2.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
