Display is now refreshed after tag removal in ActRemoveTagExecute.

Fixed error in displayTag function: wasn't passing second parameter to external.DisplayTag method,

Fixed bug in TWBExternal's RemoveTag and DisplayTag methods: error in exception handling.
Also re-ordered some methods in interface section.

Added support for handling remove tag and display tag actions.

Added new method to remove a tag from a snippet.

Added new DisplayTag and RemoveTag methods to IWBExternal13 interface in ExternalObj.ridl and implemented it in TWBExternal. Added JavaScript wrappers round the new methods in external.js.

Also renamed some parameters and updated comments.

Added new DisplayTag and RemoveTag methods to INotifier and related SetDisplayTagAction and SetRemoveTagAction to ISetNotifier. Implemented these new methods in TNotifier using the new TDisplayTagAction and TRemoveTagAction actions.

Added methods to TActionFactory to create instance of the new TDisplayTagAction and TRemoveTagAction actions.

Added two new custom action units to project: one displays a tag and the other requests removal of a tag from a snippet's tag list.

Renamed URTFCategoryDoc.pas as Main/CS.Docs.TagInfo.RTF.pas and renamed its TRTFCategoryDoc as TTagInfoRTFDoc.
Updated UPrintDocuments.pas re change of unit and class name.
