Added new DisplayTag and RemoveTag methods to INotifier and related SetDisplayTagAction and SetRemoveTagAction to ISetNotifier. Implemented these new methods in TNotifier using the new TDisplayTagAction and TRemoveTagAction actions.

Added methods to TActionFactory to create instance of the new TDisplayTagAction and TRemoveTagAction actions.

Added two new custom action units to project: one displays a tag and the other requests removal of a tag from a snippet's tag list.

Renamed URTFCategoryDoc.pas as Main/CS.Docs.TagInfo.RTF.pas and renamed its TRTFCategoryDoc as TTagInfoRTFDoc.
Updated UPrintDocuments.pas re change of unit and class name.

Revised TRTFCategoryDoc to print the a list of snippets associated with a tag instead of snippets in a category.
Revised TPrintMgr and UPrintDocuments unit to accommodate this change.

Added support for displaying information about a tag view in history menu.

Removed redundant category grouping.

Changed snippet selection frame to order snippets alphabetically, grouped by initial letter.

Added new do-nothing virtual method named FinalizeNode that is called when a tree node is being deleted. Descendants can override if they need to finalise tree nodes (e.g. to free associated objects).

Noted change of name for notes page from "ExtraInfo" to "Notes" in PageKindXXX values in [Prefs:SnippetPageStructure] of per user config file.
