Added new help topic for Favourites dialogue box to help project and index.
Noted new "Add To Favourites" and "Show Favourites" Snippets menu options.
Included favourites in "What's New in v4" help topic.

Changed tree node collapse and expand action images. Images used in help file were also renamed (changed) from .gif to .png files.
Added action images for tree view expand all and collapse all actions.

Updated svn_ignore properties to include .cfg, *.tvsconfig, *.identcache, *.local & __history as necessary.

Added note to detail pane help topic re meaning of the three images representing testing applied to a snippet.

Added a bunch of LICENSE files in some directories to clarify licensing of files in those directories.
LICENSE file in root describes licensing in general.

Added new glyphs for Add (New) Category, Delete Category and Rename Category actions.
Also added the new glyphs to Category menu help topic.

Revised many program glyphs.
Many images also refreshed: some with minor visible changes, others simply regenerated.

Changed printer images used in Print dialogue box to be based on same image as that used in main form menu and toolbar. Image used in main form and help file re-generated from same source as new print dialogue box images.

Added button glyph images for use in help topics that relate to buttons in Snippet Layout tab of Preferences dialogue box.
Used the button glyphs in relevant help topics.
Some other minor tweaks to help topics.

Numerous menu and toolbar glyphs revised or replaced.
New glyphs for "new tab" and "close tab" view menu options.
Several help file glyphs changed from .gif to .png format and relevant topics updates accordingly.
Some glyphs simply renamed.
