Revised detail page HTML generation to generate complete document instead of just body section.
To do this removed detail.html, changed all HTML template files to complete documents and added new basic template for use by simple pages.

Added JavaScript fix for auto overflow bug in IE that is optionally inserted into detail.html as required. The new script is stored in overflowXFix.js which is embedded in HTML resources.

This fixes display problem where an unexpected vertical scroll bar appears when an element overflows horizontally when overflow-x CSS property is set to "auto".

Changed TDetailPageLoader so that HTML entity conversions are not performed on scripts.

Corrected body of detail.html to be enclosed in a div instead of a paragraph.

Added support for importing snippets into user defined database from online SWAG database.
Code includes:
* Wizard dialogue box and HTML resources displayed in dialogue.
* Importing code.
* Access to SWAG data from DelphiDabbler SWAG database web service (details at http://swag.delphidabbler.com/docs/api/).

This implements feature request #71 "Support importing of one or more snippets from the SWAG database" (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/feature-requests/71/).

Merged revision(s) 2480-2541 from tags/version-4.0.1:

This comprises all changes made from release 4.0.0 to release 4.0.1.

For trunk root directory, Build.html and ChangeLog-v3.txt only svn:mergeinfo properties have changed.

Revised snippet view in detail pane to display an indication of the testing undergone by a snippet according to new TestInfo property of a snippet.

Indication made by means of three images, one for each possibly testing level.

Moved CodeSnip branding images from Src/Res/Img to Src/Res/Img/Branding directory.
Updated Resources.rc and HTML.hrc accordingly.

Removed PayPal style donation button from welcome page and replaced with text link.

Removed button image due to licensing concerns.

Removed unused units from HTML resources.

Replaced word "dialog" with English spelling.

Moved cancel.png and cancel-glow.png down into Egg directory and renamed them as cancel-btn.png and cancel-btn-hover.png respectively.
Updated affected files.
