Added new help topics to help project and index that relate to SWAG database and new SWAG import dialogue box.
Modified Snippets menu topic re new "Import From SWAG Database" menu topic.

Noted new "Add To Favourites" and "Show Favourites" Snippets menu options.
Included favourites in "What's New in v4" help topic.

New help topic "What's New In CodeSnip 4", included in TOC.
