Changed to pass required help link keyword to Dependencies dialogue box.

Removed facility to specify to TFontHelper whether a font must be true type or not since all fonts are true type now.

Modified TFontHelper methods and calling code accordingly. Also removed redundant constant from TFontHelper.

Units check list box on References page of Snippets Editor gets a new context menu item that clears all checks in list box.
Similar context menu items for other list boxes on same page have been renamed.

Converted code that gets unit list as IStringList and snippet ID list to return new instance of the objects instead of updating existing objects.

Added new context menu to Units list on Reference tab of Snippets Editor. Menu has actions to delete selected unit from list (unless it is reserved) and to restore default unit list.
Added code to implement above.

Rearranged a few controls.

Changes to Snippets editor:

+ Added context menus to cross-references and dependencies check box lists. Both have menu item to clear list. Dependencies list has item to view dependencies.
+ Deleted View Dependencies button now that functionality now on context menu.
+ Enlarged various controls on all except Code tab.

Removed unnecessary TLEDImageList field from TSnippetsEditorDlg.
Changed two buttons from TBitBtn to TButton.

Removed copy tool button from main form toolbar.
Removed copy, cut, paste and undo images from all menus / actions.
Removed redundant image lists and copy image from main image list.
Removed copy image from help file.

Changed form units, along with any subsidiary frames and classes in their namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.
