Updated help topic re recent changes to SWAG import dialogue box.

Made improvements to SWAG import dialogue box:
* There are now buttons on Categories tab to display the snippets in a category and to preview a snippet.
* Label over snippets list now displays name of category that the displayed snippets belong to.
* Control arrangement and sizing improved.

Corrected yet another hint.

Modified help topics, index and TOC affected by change of name of File | Save Annotated Source and Edit | Copy Annotated Source and Save Annotated Source dialogue box.

Changed of name Save Snippet dialogue box to Save Annotated Source and made other related revisions.

Modified File and Edit menu topics re change of name of Save Snippet and Copy Snippet menu options to Save Annotated Source and Copy Annotated Source respectively.

Further corrected a couple of hints.

Renamed "Copy Snippet" and "Save Snippet" menu options and "Copy Annotated Source" and "Save Annotated Source" respectively. This fixes issue #90 (https://sourceforge.net/p/codesnip/bugs/90/).
Also revised and corrected hints associated with many menu items.

Fixed GPF bug in new TSnippets.Tags property and associated TSnippetData field that manifested itself when loading the snippets database.

Modified database loader and import code to add a single tag to each snippet. In database loader this is based on snippet's category while importers add a tag describing import source.
