Merged revision(s) 3001-3015 from branches/xe-migration:

Reintegrated xe-migration branch into trunk. Probably the shortest lived branch ever, but the job was easier than expected!

Includes all revisions required to change compiler from Delphi 2010 to Delphi XE.

Includes changes to project file, source file to prevent hints and warnings, some correction of parameter types, avoidance of calls to deprecated Windows API methods. Also updated documentation & help file where relevant.

Added extra "3 day" options to update intervals drop down list.
Previously any update frequency in settings file with no corresponding entry in update interval drop down lists was set to 0 (never update) when preferences dialogue was OKd. This no longer happens. This lets users set a non-standard value by directly editing the settings file.

Added flag to indicate that display should be redrawn if one of auto-update frequency check box's value changed. This is because welcome screen, if displayed, needs to be updated.

Replaced check boxes that were used to switch on and off auto-update checking with combo boxes where user can choose a suitable auto-update checking frequency.

New frame providing an "Updates" tab for display in the Preferences dialogue box.
