Updated all code that uses TWaitDlg to use new TWaitDlg.CreateAutoFree method to create the dialogue box.

Changed units which have no specific namespace from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Modified TTestCompileUI to work with revised TWaitForThreadUI class to run test compilation in a thread using TTestCompileThread instead of using TTestCompileAction.
* Fixed bug in exception handling.
* Removed TTestCompileAction class from unit.

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting installed compilers into the new "Compilers" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
