Renamed TDBSnippetID in CS.Database.Types to TSnippetID and deleted TSnippetID from USnippetIDs.
Adjusted uses clauses of all code that uses TSnippetID as necessary.

Renamed TSnippet's DisplayName property as Title and modified affected code accordingly.

Chnaged methods that called Dataabase._Snippets.Find to use one of Database.Lookup, Database.TryLookup or Database.Contains methods.

Renamed IDatabase's Snippets property as _Snippets as a first step in elimination of the property.

Added comments to note that the use of FreeAndNil is justified.

Changed various snippet name string parameters and properties to type TSnippetID and modified affected code accordingly.

Made TSnippetID into an opaque type: removed Name property and added ToString method to return string representation of snippet ID.
Changed code that read Name property to call ToString instead.

Removed UserDefined parameter from INotifier and its implementation.
Modified calling code accordingly.

Removed UserDefined property from TSnippetID.
Made minimal changes to affected to code in order to compile. Inserted TODOs where further consequent changes are needed.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
