Reversed design decision for new database: snippet Description and Notes properties will remain of type IActiveText and will not change to TMarkup.
Interface declarations in CS.Database.Types unit changed accordingly.
CS.Markup unit removed from project as no longer used.

Merged revision(s) 3896 from branches/parsnip:

This reverses revision 3896. The CS.Database.IO.Legacy.UserDB unit had too many differences to the current database code in "parsnip" to be easily integrated.

Copied CS.Database.IO.Legacy.UserDB unit from "experimental" branch into "parsnip" and added to project.

Added new unit containing an implementation of ITagSet.

Note: this is NOT a copy of the unit of the same name in the "experimental" branch.

Copied CS.Database.Types unit from "experimental" branch into "parsnip" and added to project.

Copied CS.Utils.Dates unit from "experimental" branch into "parsnip" and added to project.

Moved and renamed USnippetExtraHelper.pas to Main/CS.ActiveText.Helper.pas.
Renamed contained class and its methods.
Made required changes to affected code.

Moved and renamed ActiveText.UMain.pas to CS.ActiveText.pas and made necessary changes to code that uses the unit.

Moved and renamed ActiveText.UValidator.pas to CS.ActiveText.Validator.pas.
Updated affected code.

Moved and renamed ActiveText.UHTMLRenderer unit to Main/CS.ActiveText.Renderers.HTML and renamed its TActiveTextHTML class as TActiveTextHTMLRenderer.
Updated affected units.
