Moved ISnippetIDList from USnippetIDs unit into CS.Database.Types where it replaced IDBSnippetIDList.
Changed affected TSnippet properties to use ISnippetIDList instead of IDBSnippetIDList.

Modified code the requires TSnippetTestInfo to use version from CS.Database.Types.
