Renamed TSnippet's TDisplayNameComparer and TDisplayNameEqualityComparer classes as TTitleComparer and TTitleEqualityComparer respectively and updated affected code.

Renamed TSnippet's DisplayName property as Title and modified affected code accordingly.

Renamed IDatabase's Snippets property as _Snippets as a first step in elimination of the property.

Replaced use of sorted list classes from UContainers with similar classes from Delphi Collections library and from Generics.Collections.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
