Changed TConstAndTypeList.Add to use renamed TSnippetValidator.ValidateDependsList method.

Modified to use TObjectListEx from ULists unit instead of the VCL's TObjectList.

* Revised static classes TRoutineFormatter and TConstAndTypeFormatter to inherit from TNoConstructObject instead of TObject.
* Added new THeaderCommentFormatter static class that formats header comments. Used this in place of TSourceGen.WriteHeaderComments method which was deleted.
* Header comments restyled so that each line is preceeded by a * character.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Modified to use IStringList instead of TStringList to store text written to header comment in generated source code.

Fixed bug where units required by constants and type definitions were not being added to generated units.

Imported CodeSnip v3.0
