CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Removed PJShellFolders.pas as exception to MPL 2.0 licensing for ddab-lib code.

Added entries for licensing of newly added libaries along the full text of several new licenses.
Revised required and voluntary acknowledgements section and re worked the Source Code section of the overview.

Fixed minor typo

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
