Added support for Delphi XE5.

** NOTE: not for release until Delphi XE5 is officially launched and name and install path registry key can be checked.

Implements feature request #3566346 (http://bit.ly/SIVpS2): Add support for Delphi XE3.

Changed frame units, that are not part of any other namespace, from MPL v1.1 to MPL v2.0.

Added facility to preferences dialog box to notify caller if any changes were made that require main window UI to be re-displayed.
All preferences frames were modified to flag such changes.
Modified TDialogMgr manager to pass this extra info to main form.
Modified main form to refresh display if required.

* Revised and extended keyboard Alt-key shortcuts.
* Added confirmation dialog box after Restore Defaults button clicked.
* Moved string constants used in dynamic creation of list view into resource strings.
* Changed so that Off radio button is checked when no list item is selected: prevents a bug that was preventing radio buttons acting as a tab stop when none checked.

Changed to use dynamically created 3rd party TListViewEx control instead of previous TListView from VCL. This new control automatically sorts list view when column headers are clicked and displays sort indicators.
Revised list view sorting mechanism to work with this new control.

Added facility to sort any column of the warnings list view by clicking the column heading.
