CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Performed rename refactorings on source code to replace the use of the word "extra" with "notes" wherever "extra" appears in the context of the old snippet Extra property.

Renamed snippet's Extra property as Notes and changed affected code accordingly.

Moved and renamed ActiveText.UMain.pas to CS.ActiveText.pas and made necessary changes to code that uses the unit.

Removed redundant TSnippetDoc.RenderDBInfo abstract and descendant methods.

Removed UserDefined parameter from TSnippetDoc.RenderHeading and subclassed methods.
TRTFSnippetDoc changed so that headings are no longer rendered in a user-chosen colour.

Removed UserDefined property from TSnippet.
Made minimal changes to affected to code in order to compile. Inserted TODOs where further consequent changes are needed.

Replaced various "array of some-type" declarations with "TArray<some-type>".

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
