Modified MonoFontFamilyProc callback to filter out "vertical" font names (i.e. those beginning with '@')

Changed ListMonoSpaceFonts method to return a string array of font names instead of populating a string list with them.

Removed unused ListCommonFontSizes method.

Added new GetDefaultMonoFontName method.
Made FontExists method public.

Changed parameter type in TFontHelper.ListMonoSpaceFonts.

Recreated "parsnip" (v5 development) branch by branching trunk just after updating it with changes in v4.7.1.
