CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Added TComputerInfo static class that exposes TPJComputerInfo class to rest of program under a new name with no additions or changes.
* Added constructors that produce assertion failures to ensure that these static classes are never constructed.

Added new unit that implements a record that encapsulates information about the program user and a static class that persists the information in settings storage.

* Added new bug report.
* Changed bug reports to reference bug ID on SourceForge.
* Removed entries for all completed items.

Changed credit for Indy internet components to note we now use v10 rather than v9. Appears in about box.

Made changes to accommodate changes from Indy 9 to Indy 10 internet components.

Changed to build CodeSnip against Indy 10 instead of Indy 9.
* Now requires and uses INDY10 environment variable or external macro that specifies path to Indy 10 components.
* Removed requirement for INDY9 environment variable or macro.

Fixed typo: HTMLRes program was referenced instead of CodeSnip.

Noted that CodeSnip does not compile on Delphi 2010.
