Commented out code that checks main Code Snippets database for updates.

This was done because the code called the removed FmDBUpdateDlg and UDBUpdateMgr units.

Removed unused units from TrunkSrc.

Added new legacy user database reader class to project along with all additional TrunkSrc units it requires.

Added TSnippetSynchSpaceIDs record.

Added extra exception handling to TDBNativeReader.Load.

Changed default value of snippet's TestInfo property from stiBasic to stiNone.

Added overridden property read accessors to TPartialSnippet to prevent unauthorised access to several snippet properties.

Added new Starred snippet property to ISnippetBase along with implementation and native file support.

Added support for saving and loading snippet's LinkInfo and TestInfo properties.

Added implementation of snippet's new TestInfo property.
Added missing initialisation and support in TSnippetBase.UpdateFrom for LinkInfo property.
